Pam Masson, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, has responsibility for leading the company’s strategic global human resource initiatives and human capital management, including workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, total reward programs, inclusion and diversity initiatives, employee relations and change management. She also has responsibility for the company’s corporate facilities and services teams. She has been with the company for more than 30 years in various roles in Human Resources and Administration.
William E. Cobb
Bill Cobb, Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, has responsibility for liability management, environmental services, responsible production, climate, sustainability, social responsibility and community development. Mr. Cobb has over 40 years of experience as an environmental professional, including over 20 years with the company. He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Colorado School of Mines.

Clayton A. “Tony” Wenas
Tony Wenas, President Director of PT Freeport Indonesia, responsibility for driving critical operational, technological and transformational initiatives within the company’s Indonesian operations. Mr. Wenas has over 15 years with the company that have included senior leadership roles in government relations, legal, tax and external affairs. He has a Bachelor of Business Law from the University of Indonesia, and he completed the Sloan School of Management Executive Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Michael J. Kendrick
Mike Kendrick is President-Climax Molybdenum Co., a subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan. He has responsibility for the company’s molybdenum mines, conversion facilities, and the Molybdenum companies’ sales and marketing. Mr. Kendrick has more than 35 years with the company that have included senior leadership roles at its copper and molybdenum operations in the U.S. and South America. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering with a Minor in Metallurgical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Mark Johnson, President and Chief Operating Officer - Freeport-McMoRan Indonesia, is responsible for managing all aspects of the Indonesia mining operations, including long-range planning for the Grasberg district. Mr. Johnson has more than 35 years with the company that have included work in mine engineering, capital projects, exploration, strategy and cost management. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mine Engineering from Montana School of Mines.
