Bert Odinet, Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer, has responsibility for innovation and technology initiatives, corporate information systems, and financial shared services. Mr. Odinet has nearly 30 years with the company that have included senior leadership roles in operational improvement and technology in North America and Indonesia. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Pam Masson, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, leads the company’s strategic global human capital management programs and initiatives. Her responsibilities include organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, total reward programs, employee experience, inclusion initiatives, labor relations and change management. She also has responsibility for the company’s corporate facilities and services teams. She has been with the company for more than 30 years in various roles in Human Resources and Administration.

Bill Cobb, Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, has responsibility for liability management, environmental services, responsible production, climate, sustainability, social responsibility and community development. Mr. Cobb has over 40 years of experience as an environmental professional, including over 20 years with the company. He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Colorado School of Mines.
