We are closely monitoring the global spread of coronavirus. This event creates uncertainty for people and for the global economy. Our Company's focus is protecting our workforce and assisting with communities where we operate by supporting precautionary actions and public health responses.

Dr. Richard Vinroot, Vice President and Medical Director, and John Mosher, Vice President-Global Security, have been coordinating our company's responses since day one, working together with Senior Management, Communications, Health and Safety, Security and Travel to take appropriate precautions to protect the health and safety of our workforce around the globe.

As a company, we are prepared financially to manage the uncertainties from coronavirus. We are positioned to keep advancing our important initiatives. Our long-term future remains promising.

Because coronavirus is highly communicable, more cases are anticipated. Fortunately, the effects of the disease on most people are not severe but can be for those physically vulnerable. Accordingly, we must be vigilant and take appropriate actions when instructed or when necessary.

I ask you to cooperate to protect our people and our communities. If you experience flu-like symptoms, do not come to work. Seek medical evaluation and treatment, if needed. Use appropriate precautions with travel. Observe standard sanitary precautions with personal hygiene and in public settings. Taking preventive measures will help keep you, your family, your coworkers and members of your community healthy.

I want to reassure you we are taking the appropriate actions as a company, and our focus is on what we can control to protect our workforce, withstand any business disruptions and support a public health response.
