Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Douglas Currault, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, is responsible for leading the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory affairs globally. In his role, he is the chief legal advisor and counsel to the senior leadership team and Board of Directors. Mr. Currault, who has over 15 years with the company, also has supervision of U.S. government relations. Before joining the company, he served over 12 years as outside counsel with extensive experience in corporate and transactional matters, including key roles in all of the company’s major transactions. He has a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Loyola University of New Orleans.
