Senior Vice President; President and Chief Operating Officer, Freeport-McMoRan Americas

Cory Stevens, Senior Vice President; President and Chief Operating Officer – Americas; and President of FM Technical Services, has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including 28 years of experience with the company in various leadership roles at our North and South America operations. He has responsibility for driving critical operational and innovation initiatives within the company’s Americas organization. He also leads our engineering, construction and technical services organization, providing centralized support for our global operations and organic growth initiatives. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Western New Mexico University.
