The Environmental Fund of Minera El Abra, a Freeport-McMoRan Company, Inaugurates Three Recycling Stations
March 19, 2020 - Together for a Sustainable Calama is the name of the recycling project that will benefit more than 4,000 people in the towns of Tocopilla, Calama, María Elena and Alto Loa in the Calama region of Chile.
The stations will recycle paper and plastics and feature murals that celebrate local history and heritage. The project also involves recycling training and workshops for children.
