Ms. Lewis founded Lewis Corporate Advisors, a capital markets and board advisory firm, in 2009, where she served as Chief Executive Officer until 2018. Ms. Lewis has significant executive leadership, accounting, corporate finance and capital markets experience, and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. For 22 years, she has served on several public company boards, including Sun Life Financial Inc., a global insurance and asset management firm, where she chaired its Audit Committee. She currently serves as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Weyerhaeuser Company and director of Healthpeak Properties, Inc. Ms. Lewis serves on PwC USA LLP Board of Partners and Principals as an Observing Board Member, a Senior Trustee of the Brookings Institution, the Leadership Board for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness, and the Center for Audit Quality’s Audit Committee Council. She is also a Board Leadership Fellow and delegate for the Advisory Council for Risk Oversight for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and an NACD Directorship 100 Honoree. Ms. Lewis is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the State of Illinois, and a Chartered Financial Analyst. She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and she earned the CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University and the NACD. Ms. Lewis joined the FCX Board in August 2021.
